SKOGEN LANE FIRE

On January 8^th, 2009 Bainbridge Island Firefighters responded to a reported structure fire at 15150 Skogen Lane. Upon arrival, fire units found a 1,200 square foot single family home with fire showing from the exterior of the structure.  The fire was quickly extinguished and isolated to the building of origin.  The building sustained heavy smoke and fire damage throughout.

Over 30 members responded to the incident. The structure was unoccupied at the time with no reported injuries to civilians or firefighters.

Members of the Bainbridge Island Fire Investigation Team have determined the cause of the fire to be accidental.
