Bainbridge Island Fire Department records are available upon request by emailing . For incident record requests, please include the date, place, and nature of the incident (fire, medical, etc.). If the incident is medical in nature, an Authorization to Disclose Medical Information Form, signed by the patient or person legally responsible for the patient, is required.
