Interlocal Agreements (ILA)
Bainbridge Island Fire Department utilizes interlocal agreements (ILA) when contracting with other public agencies. Chapter 39.34 RCW, Washington Interlocal Cooperation Act, authorizes cooperation among government agencies to perform governmental activities and deliver public services.
